Registration and Team Captains Meeting

We encourage volunteers to register online (online form below), or you can print and send in your registration form.  Please review the the safety information form and have all team members sign our cleanup waiver form.  You may turn in one waiver with all team member signautres. Registration, Safety and Waiver PDF documents available below.

There will be a team captains meeting on Thursday, October 4th, 2012, from 6:00-7:00 at the Jefferson Center. Please have your team captain or a team representative join us to pick up team supply bags, turn in waiver forms and go over event details.

 

Litter Data Collection

Please help us by collecting information on the trash you collected. This data is so valuable for quantifying and qualifying the kinds of trash we find and the extent of littering.

 

Bag and Supplies pick up 

Bags can be picked up:

October 4th- At team captains meeting from 6:00-7:00pm

October 5th: At CVC office from 9:00 to 5:00pm

October 6th: At Wasena Park picnic shelter area starting at 8:00am 

 

Please review the safety information sheet and review and print the cleanup waiver before registering for Fall Waterways. These must be read, printed and signed.  Thank you!
