Green Valley Elementary 5^th grade students use the Groundwater Model to pump pollution from ground wells.

Green Valley Elementary 5^th grade students discover how homeowner’s wells can be contaminated from point source pollution (underground storage tanks, septic tanks) and non-point source pollution (oil and gas from motor vehicles, farm runoff).  Students demonstrate the removal of contaminates by pumping pollution out of the wells.
